Consultation Fees
Our consultation fees cover the cost of the time involved to provide a detailed analysis of your case. The fee for a standard consultation with Natalia V. Poliakova is $250.
Prior to a consultation, potential clients are asked to send copies of their résumé and copies of all immigration-related documents, including passport, I-94 Arrival/Departure Card, previous submissions to or decisions by the Department of Labor, the Immigration Service or the Immigration Court. Complete copies of any criminal records also are essential. Potential clients are provided with your Intake Questionnaire that must also be completed and submitted to the firm prior to the scheduled consultation. Potential clients who have scheduled telephonic consultations must provide these documents prior to the consultation, either by e-mail, mail or by fax. All immigration-related documents should be brought to an in-person consultation.
