Consultation Fees
Our consultation fees cover the cost of the time involved to provide a detailed analysis of your case. The fee for a standard consultation with Natalia V. Poliakova is $250. Prior to a consultation, potential clients are asked to send copies of their résumé and copies of all immigration-related documents, including:
- Passport
- I-94 arrival/departure card
- Previous submissions to or decisions by the Department of Labor, the United States Customs and Immigration Service (USCIS) or the Immigration Court
Complete copies of any criminal or Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) records also are essential. Potential clients are provided with your Intake Questionnaire that must also be completed and submitted to the firm prior to the scheduled consultation.
